I love the public library! Anyone who knows me, knows that little fun fact about me. Everytime I go, I normally end up checking out quite a few books. It's like Target, I never leave empty handed! So last time I went I picked up a few books that had been on my to-read list on Goodreads. I wanted to share them with you and let you know why I had been so curious about them. Two of them have been on my to-read list since February, which seems like forever ago. So when I saw them on the new releases shelf, which is my favorite place to look at my library, I swooped them up oh so quick. So let's check out my newest haul down below!

The cover of this book intrigued me from the first time I saw it. I would totally put my dog Wrigley in a little baby sling if he was about 25 pounds lighter. Separation Anxiety is about is about a wife and mother whose life is hilariously falling apart and her well intended steps to put it back together. The steps go very wrong of course but it seems quite funny and heartfelt. Which is a favorite of mine in any type of book. Make me laugh till I cry then make me actually cry by tugging at my heartstrings. So when I finally saw this at my library, I grabbed it and couldn't wait to see how it lives up to my expectations.

This book was on my Valentine's Day blog post about romantic books to read in the month of February! I sadly never made it around to actually read this book and see how I liked it. So imagine my surprise to see it on the shelf as I was just perusing on by. Get A life, Chloe Brown takes the classic fake relationship trope and changes it just a little. Chloe's fake relationship is to gain publicity for a children's charity and raise as much money as possible to help the kids! I love a good classic romantic novel trope and I have heard such good things about this book. This is a sequel to Get a Life, Chloe Brown and I absolutely loved that book! It was a very refreshing take on a romance book but it was also about taking chances in life. I cannot say enough good things about this author and I am so ready to dive into this book. Hopefully I love this one just as much as I loved the previous book.

I was shocked when I found out how young the author was when she wrote this book. Camryn Garrett was 16 years old when she wrote this award winning novel?! So young but so dang talented! Full Disclosure is about a young girl ,who was born HIV positive, and how she lives with that. She starts at a new school and suddenly someone starts to threaten to expose her HIV status to the world. This book has won numerous awards and I have seen many 5 star reviews of this book. I couldn't wait till I could get my hands on this book and see what all the hype is about! I actually will be reading this one first because this is my most anticipated read out of my entire haul. Can't wait to tell y'all what I think!

Jasmine Guillory can do no wrong in my eyes. Every book in her Wedding Party series I've loved and rushed to finish. She writes romance novels that aren't filled with fluff but real issues that hit you right in the gut. So when I saw there was another one on the way, I screamed with joy because I knew the next book would delight me just as much as her previous works had. Then life picked up and I forgot all about this book! I know shame on me. But then I found this book at the library and knew it was fate. Party of Two is about when a hotshot lawyer and a budding famous politician fall in love. It isn't all fireworks and rose petals especially when the media becomes involved and the criticisms start to pour in. Does this relationship have what it takes to make it? I can't wait to find out out if it does! Comment below and let me know if you'd like me to review one of these books for a upcoming blog post!
